IPSA’s Board of Advisors is comprised of security industry leaders including the former Director of the United States Secret Service, the former Vice President of Worldwide Security for American Express and the former Chief Compliance Officer for GE Money.
Board Chairman
Dan Wachtler
Dan Wachtler was named President & CEO of IPSA International, Inc. in April 2005. Mr. Wachtler is a 14-year industry veteran who has served in both sales and operational management roles at IPSA and its former parent company, American Protective Services. He has held several executive management positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Domestic Operations.
Board Members
Richard Lefler
Mr. Richard Lefler retired from American Express in 2001 as Vice-President- Worldwide Security. Prior to joining American Express, he served over 20 years with the U.S. Secret Service retiring as Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service office in New York. Mr. Lefler is currently a Partner of the Business Security Advisory Group (BSAG), a firm specializing in corporate security consulting services.
Lew Merletti
Mr. Merletti is a 25-year veteran of the United States Secret Service and served as the agency’s 19th Director where was responsible for all Secret Service protective, investigative and administrative programs worldwide. He is currently the Senior Vice President for the Cleveland Browns National Football League team.
Joseph J. Grano, Jr.
Mr. Grano was Chairman of UBS Financial Services Inc. (formerly UBS PaineWebber) and is recognized as being one of the financial service industry’s leading executives. Mr. Grano, is currently Chairman and CEO of Centurion Holdings LLC, a company that advises private and public companies.
Jane Wexton
Ms. Wexton has served over 18 years in the financial services industry as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of GE Money and Chief Global Anti-Money Laundering Officer at Citibank. Currently, Ms. Wexton is President at Wexton Advisors, Inc., where she provides assistance to corporations that are doing business globally.
Colleen McKeown
Ms. McKeown is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications of ON Semiconductor, a $2.2billion semiconductor company. Formerly, she has held a variety of senior level positions in some of the nation’s largest companies, such as PepsiCo, Ford Motor Company and Northwest Airlines.
Shannon Bard
Mr. Bard is a senior-level executive with a wide range of experience in entrepreneurial and corporate ventures. His 25-year career has been focused on performance in business-to-business and business-to-consumer products and services and currently serves as CEO of SN Tech, Inc.
Ted Logan
Mr. Ted Logan, Head of Business Development for GLC Limited, a UK based independent fund management company, joined IPSA International (IPSA) as a board member in April, 2008. Currently, he is responsible for all investor-related activities as well as building strategic relationships with distribution partners worldwide.
Tom Keating
Mr. Keating is former President, CEO & Chairman of one of the largest security guard companies in the US prior to its sale to Securitas of Sweden. As a board member, Mr. Keating provides a unique depth of knowledge in IPSA's history, culture and vision, as his company, American Protective Services, was a parent company of IPSA when it was first established in 2000.
