Training & Retention
We train and certify our officers in the classroom, as well as onsite, to ensure each officer understands exactly what our clients expect from us on every assignment. This intensive training course consists of up to 72 hours of training per year and consists of all the necessary elements of being a security officer. This includes complete report writing, verbal judo, workplace violence and key administrative details of working for IPSA Security Services. IPSA Security Services provides employees continuing education to ensure personal and professional growth and mentoring for career advancement opportunities.
